| This bike took me two
months to complete because all the custom sheet metal is hand made.Like
what we see in the photo, the front and rear fender, fuel tank, seat are
made from anti-rust metal sheet. I also made some modifications to the chassis
to make it have the street chopper feel. The exhaust and handlebar are bend
from steel pipe an we give it a chrome finish. We lowered the bike
by using a harder but shorter shock plus a hand made shock cover. Using
a CNC machine I cut out the 10 degree and 14" wide triple tree.We have
the forks 6" extended and all of it chrome. I replaced all the original
oil and brake lines to a metal one and rewired the bike. After putting on
the custom headlight, turn signal light, mirror, rim cover, small gauges,
foot peg and a license plate with taillight, the bike now is ready to ride.
I hope other people will like my bike, because I love it. It look so clean! |
